Tsukiji Ohta, a distributor for three generations, established a new company, Ohta Foods Market Co., Ltd. in the summer of 2014 with the objective of improving services.

With the adoption of IT, developed and operating a system that can offer customers around the world fresh fish that could not be purchased until now without taking a trip to the market. We are proposing a new way of ordering.

In the future, how IT x fresh fish will evolve is still unknown. However, it will not be bound by the traditional practice of intermediate wholesale and will continue to expand both in scale and content.
