Amidst the changing environment surrounding domestic seafood wholesale in Japan, we continue to embrace new challenges. While facing the challenge of declining fish consumption within Japan, we have successfully opened up sales channels in overseas markets where the appetite for seafood is growing.

We are making significant progress through key reforms. This includes the introduction of our internally developed system, the streamlining of international trade operations, and the fostering of specialized human resources. Furthermore, we are promoting the Digital Transformation (DX) in marine product distribution in collaboration with Tsukiji Ohta.

In a further development, following the acquisition of our shares by Mutual Trading Co., Inc., we have taken on a new and important mission as part of the Takara Shuzo International Group.
